Pilates sessions can be the missing piece for your rehabilitation, alignment, balance, physical fitness, and cross training. Brigitte offers sessions that challenge and inform, she can meet you at whatever fitness level you are at and help you work towards your goals. Brigitte has worked with professional dancers, celebrities, models, martial artists, and plenty of people who are new to Pilates. She loves working with a variety of clientele and designs all of her sessions for each individual client based on their needs. 

In addition, Brigitte has lots of experience working with clients who are post op or rehabilitating an injury. She has worked at several physical therapy offices over the years teaching Pilates to patients and PTs. Brigitte has focused a good portion of her work as a Pilates instructor on working with mothers. She has been teaching prenatal & postpartum Pilates since 2008. She offers sessions in Prenatal Mat & Apparatus Pilates, Rehab Pilates for pregnancy related injuries, and Postpartum Pilates Mat & Apparatus.

Little Bridge Yoga: Offering Yoga sessions & Classes both in Home & at the Office.

Brigitte offers Yoga in home, home gym, and semi-private group classes. Brigitte teaches Hatha Yoga, Core Vinyasa, Fertility Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga,  Yoga Nidra, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga, and Yoga for Labor & Delivery.

Brigitte feels strongly that yoga is for everyone. Brigitte has taught yoga to children, elderly, athletes, and those who are new to their practice. She has taught yoga in a variety of environments from hospitals to the NYC Stock Exchange. Brigitte feels honored to share yoga as a teacher after several years of self practice (sadhana) she has seen it positively shape her life.  

Thai Yoga Massage: Offering Thai Yoga Massage to Women & Expectant Mothers.

Brigitte gives both 1 and 1.5 hour Thai Yoga Massage sessions. All sessions are done in loose fitting clothing. The recipient is taken on a meditative journey of stretch, marma palpation, and massage that leaves them feeling balanced and relaxed. Prenatal Thai Yoga Massage is also available.

Infant Massage Instruction: Offering Classes for Parents & Caregivers.

Infant massage is a wonderful way to strengthen the bond between baby and their loved ones. Through the course of our work you will pick up on your baby's cues, notice their favorite strokes, and be able to add massage to their daily routine as a wonderful time for you both to connect.

Touch is key for the development of myelin for the nerve sheaths in the brain. In addition, studies have found babies gain weight well, sleep more soundly, and have less gas and indigestion when they are massaged regularly.
